Plate Stackers
CRON offers two alternative plate stackers to provide a simple and versatile solution to unattended batch processing.
Glunz & Jensen Compact Stackers - offered in two formats, these integrate perfectly with any processor or CTP device having a simple design that uses gravity to move the plate to the integrated tray via a track of easy-running rollers. The height of these stackers can be finely adjusted to ensure precise alignment with other equipment. They have a friendly knockdown construction which makes them extremely easy to ship, install and move around.
Hu-Q Plate Stacker - With a new 'FeaturesSoft' belt transfer system, Hu-Q stackers ensure safe and reliable plate transport with an adjustable stacking speed (10-30 r/min), which synchronizes with any platesetter or processor. A serial connection provides two ports, one to transfer the stacker status to the plate processor and a second used for remote control.
A simple mechanism for adjusting the stacker height completes the flexibility of this highly cost-effective design.
